All inquiries are handled depend on each case . Our goal is to make sure that our customers is happy with the quality of our jewelries .  We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us. 

RETURNS

Due to hygiene reason,  we are unfortunately unable to accept the returns, but if you have any problem with your items , please contact us at theviiiviiiaccessories@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you from there . Our goal is to make you happy with the quality of our products .

JEWELRY EXCHANGES

We do not currently conduct exchanges for online jewelry order , but if you have any problem with the quality of the jewelry or accessories , please contact us at theviiiviiiaccessories@gmail.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!



DEFECTS

We aim to get it right the first time which is why we inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our quality control process. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at theviiiviiiaccessories@gmail.com with your order # and a photo of the product in question so we can better assist you. 

DELIVERY TIME

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). 
When the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

THE VIIIVIII JEWELRY  are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by Canada Post
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)

CANADIAN ORDERS

THE VIIIVIII JEWELRY  use Canada Post to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

USA ORDERS

THE VIIIVIII JEWELRY  use Canada Post to ship your order through Tracked Packet USA Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 THE VIIIVIII JEWELRY uses Canada Post to ship your order through Small Packet International Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (1-3 business days) using Canada Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.
